If you are already a PrestaShop user and are stuck with the technology, need help then our PrestaShop specialists are happy to help.
Even if we have not developed or host the webshop, you can still use our support. This also applies to advising and installing modules.
We carry out work from a minimum of 3 working hours. This means that you cannot call us in if you need us only for a few minutes. Fortunately we are too busy for that.
What help can I request?
For literally everything that has to do with PrestaShop.
Such as installing a module, programming an extra function and troubleshooting.
I am not yet a customer, can I request support?
Yes, of course! We help everyone with PrestaShop version 1.7 and 8. If you have an older version, we will update the software first.
What about the pricing?
It is possible to request direct support. Choose a support package and the number of hours you want.
One of our experts will get to work as soon as possible.
My online store is already made by you, what about the support?
Our existing customers can call and e-mail. As a regular customer you often choose a maintenance package for PrestaShop.
In addition, new stores include some questions already in the project.
